Arad Navizi (born in Tehran, Iran, 2003) is an Iranian filmmaker, film distributor, and actor.

He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Cinema Directing from Iran University of Art, also known as Tehran University of Art, one of Iran’s leading arts institutions. Alongside his academic studies, Navizi developed his filmmaking practice independently, beginning his career as an actor in theater productions and short films in 2018 before moving into directing and film distribution.

In 2023, he founded AM Studio, later rebranded as Arad Circuit, an independent initiative specializing in worldwide short film distribution and international festival strategy. Through Arad Circuit, he has worked with emerging filmmakers and supported the international circulation of short films at festivals worldwide.

Navizi’s debut short film, The Thing (Original title: «شِیء» | Romanized: Shey), was completed in 2022 and received several international recognitions, including the Best Student Film Award at the Garden State Film Festival and an award at the Josiah Media Festival. His second short film, The Line (Original title: «خط» | Romanized: Khat), was completed in 2026.

In addition to his filmmaking activities, Navizi has been involved in international cultural and artistic exchanges since an early stage of his career. In 2019, he participated in the Shakespeare’s Globe Conference in Beijing, China, where he received a certificate of participation from the organization.
